Skills Progressions
*****Players registering less than 24 hours before the registered time will be moved to the next skill day. Coaches are scheduled in advanced and require a minimum of 4 players.*****
Working on your serving, hitting, setting (invite only or private) or defense skills! We will cover approaching, contact, technique, and strategy for hitting, work on reading the hitter and where to be on defense, and technique, setting strategy, team communication, and how to lead a team for setting.
**Setting is a very specialized skill in the sport of volleyball. It requires 3 times more training than any other position.

Make-Up Classes Policy
Make-up classes must be completed within the same season the class was missed. It cannot be carried over or used in the following season. We encourage participants to schedule and attend their make-up classes promptly to avoid losing the opportunity.
