Coach Erin Simpson has a strong background in volleyball, having played travel and club volleyball throughout middle and high school for SERV and OCC. She has experience coaching recreational volleyball and has also coached high school and college-level forensics and debate. Her commitment to building a supportive and team-centered environment is inspired by her middle school coach, who taught her the value of resilience, teamwork, and personal growth through sports.

In addition to her volleyball experience, Erin served as the Camp Director for Camp Half Blood in Brooklyn, NY, managing 250 campers weekly. Her dedication to engaging and supporting each camper’s individual needs showcased her passion for mentorship and personal growth.
