GIRLS TEAM - JERSEYS/UNIFORM AND SPIRIT WEAR ORDERING

ORDER DEADLINE: November 24, 2024

Welcome, and thank you for joining our team for the upcoming season! It's time to order your jerseys and gear to get ready for the court.

Jerseys:

• 1 Black Long Sleeve Volleyball Jersey (Adult and Youth/Girls Sizes)
• 1 Silver Short Sleeve Volleyball Jersey (Adult and Youth/Girls Sizes)

Note: Player Last Name (ALL CAPS) and Player Number required for both jerseys

Warm-Up Gear:

• 1 Full Zip Warm-Up Jacket (Adult and Youth Sizes)

Optional: Add Player Name and/or Number

• 1 Warm-Up Pant (Adult and Youth Sizes)

Optional: Add Player Name and/or Number

Backpack:

• 1 Ogio Excelsior Backpack

Important: Confirm your jersey number with your coach before completing your uniform purchase. Finalizing this is essential to avoid issues.

FOR RETURNING AND PRACTICE PLAYERS

Returning Players:

• Black Long Sleeve Jersey: You may use last season’s (2023-2024) jersey as long as your name is directly under your number instead of at the bottom of the shirt (*see picture below for reference)and you are keeping the same number. Please confirm with your coach if you wish to retain your previous jersey number. If you DO NOT have your jersey with the name directly under the number, a new jersey is needed. Per CHRVA requirements, all jerseys need to be the same including name placement



• Silver Short Sleeve Jersey: The name placement has been moved directly below the number, so all players will need to purchase a new short-sleeve jersey.
• Warm Ups: May continue using warm-up pants and jackets if they still fit well. New warm ups are available for purchase if desired.
• Backpacks: May continue using their backpacks from previous season if you wish.

Practice players:

You have the option to purchase spirit wear if you would like to show your team pride! Spirit wear options are available through the ordering link.

Player Name Format: Type the Player Name in ALL CAPS, using only the last name (e.g., ARANAS #22).

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Please double-check the spelling, sizing, and jersey number to ensure accuracy! If you have any questions, ask before placing your order. Act quickly! Orders will be processed once all players have submitted theirs. Expect delivery to your shipping address in approximately 4 weeks from when the store closes.

1. Can I return or exchange items if they don’t fit?

Unfortunately, all sales are final, and we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges. Please check sizing carefully before ordering.

2. How do I confirm my jersey number?

Please confirm your number directly with your coach before ordering to ensure team coordination.

3. Can returning players reuse their gear from last season?

• Black Long Sleeve Jersey: You may use last season’s (2023-2024) jersey as long as your name is directly under your number instead of at the bottom of the shirt (*see picture above for reference). 4. What if I want my player’s name on the warm-up gear?

Adding the player’s name and/or number is optional on both the jacket and pants. Be sure to select this option when ordering if desired.

5. How should I format the player’s name on the jersey?

The player’s name should be in all CAPS and only the last name (e.g., ARANAS).

6. Where can practice players order spirit wear?

Practice players can order spirit wear items through the same link as the uniform ordering.

7. The pants look different from what I tried on?

Yes, the pants you may have tried on during fittings are samples only. Players will receive pants with a wider opening and a zipper.

8.How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders will be shipped within 4 weeks to your shipping address from the date the store closes.

9. I missed the ordering deadline. Can I still order?

Yes, Please let your coach know immediately. Orders can be placed separately, but will arrive at a later time.
