Coach Gabriela Reda has been playing volleyball since middle school and has continued through high school, club, and college. She was a middle hitter, defensive specialist, and team captain in high school, played club volleyball for Alpha Gamma as a right-side hitter, and was part of Liberty University’s inaugural NCAA beach volleyball club team.
Beyond volleyball, Coach Gabriela has a passion for health and wellness. She combines her expertise as a Certified Health Education Specialist with her coaching, helping athletes develop both physically and mentally.

Coach Gabriela loves volleyball for its energy, teamwork, and fast pace. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes holistic athlete development, combining skill mastery, strategic play, physical conditioning, mental resilience, and emotional intelligence to help athletes thrive both on and off the court.

Personal Interests and Fun Fact
Outside of volleyball, Coach Gabriela enjoys arts and crafts, baking with whole food ingredients, camping, hiking, dancing, and music. She has a lifelong passion for fitness, having competed in track and field, worked as a lifeguard for over 10 years, and recently completed two half-marathons in 2024. Her next goal? A triathlon!
Fun Fact: Gabriela was an EMT for seven years.
