Our Story
Where did the club name come from?
No Panic Volleyball Club (NPV) originated with a simple premise derived from the old English proverb:
"You must learn to walk before you can run"
In 2010, two experienced, successful local volleyball coaches noticed that many players in the area were focused only on hitting the ball and winning without fully developing the fundamentals of ball control, passing, and setting. The idea was born out of one particularly difficult session of rallies. During moments of frustration, one player shouted out to their teammates: “Calm down… No Panic”. Three years later in 2013, No Panic Volleyball was established and the rest was history.
NPV’s philosophy is simple: You must learn to walk before you can run. Our program focuses on high quality, intensive education and practice on the fundamentals of excellent volleyball play: passing, setting, serving, digging, blocking and hitting. Our proven track record of winning proves that this methodology is successful. Winning comes as a natural progression of learning and mastering these skills.
